Admin/Accounting Staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Process invoices, receipts, and expenses to reconcile financial transactions.- Generate financial reports for owner's reference.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial data.
- Checking, Summary and Request for payment of all Liquidation
Assist in recording transactions in the accounting system- Assist in preparing and submitting required tax documents and filings.
Provide Administrative assistance as needed.
- Qualifications and Skills
Candidate must possess at least have a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Possess excellent communication skills
Dedicated and self-driven individual, can work with minimum supervision
- Amenable to report to office base in Las Pinas
Available to travel for support activities such as audits and events.
