Job Summary:
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative/Accounting Staff member to support our team. This role involves a mix of administrative tasks and accounting duties to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Answer, direct phone calls and manage correspondence.- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Maintain and organize office files and records.
- Assist with office supplies and equipment management.
Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist with expense reports.
Prepare financial reports and summaries for review.- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Proven experience in administrative or accounting roles.- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Php15,- 00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Schedule: - 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay
