Immediate Start only. Should be able to start work from 10 AM Auckland Time zone (GMT+13/12)
Must be able to work from home with your own Laptop/ computer and have access to high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside our AdOps team to assist with the technical implementation of our digital campaigns to ensure consistent and accurate media and site tagging
- You will interact with cross-functional teams to understand all components of a digital campaign from setup to reporting results
- Learn aspects of campaign management: QA (quality assurance), trafficking, and problem solving.
- Understand AdOps best practices and how to communicate with internal teams
- Assist account management team with campaign screenshot generation to increase client satisfaction
- Participate in discussions regarding trafficking strategies and related operational issues
- Communicate with developers and product team to improve processes and tools
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on available resources for internal teams
Who you are
- Comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to work independently and autonomously
- Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced and high-performance environment
- Strong interest in Digital Media & Advertising and/or Technology
- Love of all things tech, including consumer websites, user interfaces, video, etc
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel; ability to learn other software and tools quickly
- Experience using Looker Studio
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, open environment
- Proactive and full of initiative with the ability to multitask as needed
Must-have:
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Proven experience of working in an ad operations environment
- Someone with 3+ years of exp
- Experience with queue management and following the SLA
- Able to work independently
- Process driven, attention to detail, and organized
- Flexible and able to adapt to fast-changing environments
- Experience working directly with 3rd Party rich media vendors such as CM360, Amazon ad server is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Flash and JavaScript
- Understanding of current digital advertising offerings and products
- Enjoys learning and enjoys a challenge
- Strong ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
