We are working with a independent global advertising marketplace to help them find their next superstar - Ad Operations Manager. As the Ad Operations Manager, you will oversee the successful implementation of ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong background working with platforms, with a proven record of optimizing campaign performance and maximizing ROI. Let us tell you more!
What the role involves:
- Oversee the complete execution of ad campaigns, including trafficking, targeting, optimisation and end-of-campaign reporting.
- Collaborate with internal sales and customer service teams and external partners (SSPs and DSPs) to ensure seamless delivery and performance of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Resolve technical issues promptly to ensure campaign delivery.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in advertising technology.
- Offer training and assistance to junior team members as necessary.
- Implement new tools and tech as required to ensue were creating efficiencies wherever possible
What they are looking for in an ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, preferably audio advertising.
- Demonstrated proficiency in platforms such as Google DV360, Triton, and Adswizz SSP's.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data for insights and optimizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in programmatic advertising and ad-serving technologies is essential.
- Certifications in relevant platforms or technologies are advantageous.
