Role Overview:
As the Meta Advertising Manager, you will be pivotal in managing and scaling our Meta advertising campaigns. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of Meta advertising, including strategy, copywriting, video editing, graphic design, and creative direction. You'll lead our Meta Advertisement teamcopywriters, content creators, designers, and UGC managersensuring each deliverable meets our high standards and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Meta advertising team, providing feedback and guidance on all deliverables, from ad copy to creative assets. You will touch each piece of work.
- Develop and implement effective Meta advertising strategies, ensuring that at least 20% of advertisements become winners that significantly contribute to brand growth.
- Review and optimize team performance regularly, ensuring ad campaigns consistently meet or exceed key performance benchmarks.
- Oversee timelines and deliverables, ensuring all projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, sharing insights and ideas with the team to drive innovation.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new key players to strengthen the Meta advertising team as we scale.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience inadvertising, either at an agency or in-house creative department.
- Strong knowledge across all aspects of Meta advertising, including copywriting, video editing, graphic design, and creative strategy. You must be able to provide feedback and revisions on each area to ensure quality and performance.
- Proven experience leading Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising teams, with a focus on scaling campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Extensive experience writing ad copy for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and make strategic decisions to optimize results.
- Experience managing creative and media-buying teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and ensure timely delivery.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and provide actionable feedback.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advertising experience for e-commerce brands is a big plus.
