We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our production team, focusing on the manual crafting of acetate eyeglass frames. The Acetate Eyeglass Production Workers will be responsible for various tasks, including grinding, filing, cleaning, riveting, and more. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and a commitment to producing high-quality eyewear.
Perform grinding, filing, and shaping
of acetate eyeglass frames to achieve the desired design and finish.Assemble frames
by accurately installing hinges and riveting components.Clean and polish frames to ensure a smooth and flawless surface.
- Inspect finished products for quality control, checking for defects or inconsistencies.
Follow technical instructions
and blueprints to meet design specifications and production standards.Work collaboratively with the production team
to meet daily and weekly production targets.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in other tasks related to the eyewear production process as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in eyewear production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail
and manual dexterity.Ability to use hand tools
and machinery for grinding, filing, riveting, and cleaning.Commitment to quality and craftsmanship, with a focus on producing high-end products.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength
