Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible in recording the corporate credit card transactions of Travel Coordinators.
Responsible in reviewing and reconciling the corporate credit card statements for flight bookings made by Travel Coordinators, monitor its outstanding balances and ensure that its credit limits are replenished on time.- Prepare the request for payments for the replenishment of credit limits of corporate credit cards based on the disbursement reports submitted by the Travel Coordinators.
Preparation of the schedule of offsetting of receivables and payables / Summary of the monthly Operating Expense Reports for submission to the VAT Credit Audit Division (VCAD) of the BIR.
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly operating expense reports.
Assist in bookkeeping monthly payroll account summaries/monthly wage elements and reconcile with Quickbooks and other records, as necessary.- Performs delegated functions that will contribute to employee's professional growth and development

Preferably Certified Public Accountant, no work experience required- Graduate of a four-year accounting course with minimum of two (2) years work experience in the same or similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer)
- Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated accounting system.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.- Excellent problem and judgment skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
