Position: Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)
Salary: Php 35,000 - Php 50,000
Work Set Up: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in accountancy, banking and finance, or business administration.
With 5 years of work experience in Accounts Receivable.
Amendable to attend face-to-face interview when requested.
Has experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
Amendable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage processing accounts and incoming payments with financial policies and procedures.
Responsible for bills preparation, invoices, bank deposits and send bill reminders and contact client to conduct invoice payments.
Manage and resolve client billing issues, and reconcile accounts to ensure all payments are accounted and properly posted.
Responsible for effective working team relationship and assist team in accounting tasks.
Responsible for reports and financial statements on the status of account receivable.
