Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related course- 3 to 6 years in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role or team lead role.
Familiarity with the eCommerce industry and experience handling accounts.
- Background in reconciliation, credit management, and collections.
Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting systems (like SAP, QBO) and eCommerce platforms.- Strong attention to detail and a knack for numbers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership qualities to guide and support a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high transaction volumes.
Problem-solving skills to tackle any challenges that come up.
