Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist at EnfraUSA Solutions, Inc. in Quezon City. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for the following task below:
- Generating reports and invoice listings to provide billing and/or other team members to obtain payment status and/or to provide rebate related credits
- Support coverage and assist as needed for intra-day cash postings
- Assist with the timely close of AR for month-end
- Assist with billing and collections
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Perform customer account reconciliations along with daily cash reconciliations
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager & ad-hoc work as needed
- Support regional customer accounts to ensure reduction of past due balances and aging is kept under control
- Support regional improvements in DSO through collaborative collections efforts and/or provide accurate information for various team members for their communications with their customers
- Assist the AR team on unidentified receipts and/or non-customer related receipts
Qualifications
- Min. of 2 years of Accounting, Accounts Receivable or Payable full cycle
- Amendable to a graveyard schedule ONSITE in Ortigas
- Excellent English verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient to Advanced Excel skill set
- Strong multi-tasking ability & with superb attention to details in an organized manner
- Experience with Great Plains preferred
- Experience with BillTrust preferred
