Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll take charge of managing the aging portfolio, handling reconciliation, and overseeing payment collections. You'll support seamless office operations through inbox management, daily reporting, and account discrepancy resolution. This role offers an opportunity to make an impact in ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.

Job Overview

• Manage assigned aging portfolios effectively, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  
• Handle daily office operations, including creating reports, managing inboxes, and sending statements of accounts.
  
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure processes run efficiently and effectively.
  
• Reconcile unallocated funds and credits to maintain accurate financial records.
  
• Assist the bookkeeper in posting payments promptly.
  
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
  
• Collect payments through email and phone communication.
  
• Perform additional tasks as required to support overall operations.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the service or building/construction industry.
  
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic business environment.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  
• Excellent communication, research, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
