As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will manage aging portfolios, reconcile accounts, and handle correspondence to ensure seamless financial operations. Your role bridges efficiency and customer service excellence, catering to both AU and NZ ledgers.

• Manage the assigned aging portfolio and handle account reconciliation.
  
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including inbox management, daily reports, and sending statements of accounts.
  
• Follow up on pending emails, remittance advisories, credit use, and delivery notes.
  
• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient processes.
  
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and disputes.
  
• Escalate cases to appropriate credit managers as needed.
  
• Collect payments via email and phone.
  
• Cater to the financial ledgers of both AU and NZ markets.
  
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications or similar tools.
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
