As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, processing, and overseeing essential financial transactions to keep operations running smoothly. From processing invoices and reconciling discrepancies to ensuring timely payments and updating account statuses, your expertise will drive financial stability and client satisfaction.

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently
  
• Enter data into accounting systems
  
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are current
  
• Resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
  
• Prepare daily receivable deposits
  
• Follow up on overdue and delinquent accounts to ensure resolution
  
• Support other accounting groups as required
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily monitoring of accounts
  
• Identify and track outstanding account receivables
  
• Investigate historical data for outstanding debts and bills
  
• Encourage timely payments through appropriate actions
  
• Process payments and issue refunds as needed
  
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
  
• Contact clients to discuss overdue payments
  
• Update and maintain account status records
  
• Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
  

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: The Skills to Balance

• Proficiency in Netsuite ERP
  
• 3-5+ years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or a general accounting role
  
• Degree in Accounting or Business
  
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
• Strong analytical abilities, teamwork capabilities, and results-oriented mindset
  
• Ability to perform well in a high-volume department
  
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
