Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift Mondays to Fridays, 5AM-2PM Manila time
Work Setup: Work from home

Building Bridges Across Teams: How Your Role Shapes Our Solutions
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth processes.
  • Reconcile unallocated credits and payments.
  • Resolve account discrepancies and disputes.
  • Collect payments via email and phone.
  • Create manual invoices and credit notes.
  • Process daily bank transactions.
  • Run Direct Debit schedules and submit them to the bank for processing (on the 20th and 30th of each month).
  • Allocate payments based on remittances (on the 20th and 30th of each month).
  • Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and disputes.
  • Review AR balances monthly and take necessary actions.
  • Assess and release customer orders on hold.
  • Handle intercompany recharges and agreements.
  • Perform some administrative AP tasks.
  • Carry out additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Hammering Down the Details: Key Qualifications to Stand Tall in This Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Functional knowledge of financial processes (e.g., Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, etc.).
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications or similar tools.
  • Exceptional, confident, and fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) with strong knowledge-sharing abilities, especially for regular daily communication with team members across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Impeccable judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent and efficient worker.
  • Strong sense of accountability and integrity.
  • Eager to learn new systems and processes.
