Your Role:- Apply prepaid customer payments to sales orders and take off hold and perform bank reconciliation
- Reconcile Afterpay, Shopify and Paypal payouts and enter in Netsuite including liaising with the Customer Service team regarding customer refunds
- Actively review and follow up overdue debtors and send account statements as required
- Responding to customer queries regarding payment and other enquiries as they arise
- Business credit card reconciliations including follow up of receipts/invoices
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years+ of experience in a similar role (Accounts Receivable)
