Job Purpose
- To record of Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices across multiple countries at EMEA Time zone.
Key Performance Indicators
The Primary Indicator Will Be
- Duties performed within strict timelines
- Assist the team to stay on top of No Backlog
- Assist Team Lead to provide solutions for the team
Secondary Indicators Will Include
- Accuracy of completion of duties
- Clear, concise communications internally & externally
Job Duties
- Accurate and timely recording of invoices from Proof of Delivery in the system
- Check errors input by Associates or colleagues
- Able to understand the accounting impacts of the AR ledger
- Able to analyze and provide supporting schedule for transactions analysis
- Experience in EMEA countries VAT calculations for assigned countries and applying appropriately to invoices - push back to sales teams when VAT is incorrectly charged
- Liaising with the sales teams for AR invoice (POs) details
- Verify delivery notes with shipping or sales team for AR invoicing process
- Liaising with management accountants of local jurisdictions which require to check for local VAT invoices
- Send monthly Customer statement for AR collection
- Liaising with management accountants and Sales on payment dates of customers
- Send reminder and liaise with Sales on invoices on customers overdue payments
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Solid experience working with ERP; SAP or Dynamics is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Proficiency in Pivot Table, Power Query would be an advantage
- Able to lead and solve problems (technical and accounting)
- Must be able to travel or relocate in Angeles City, Pampanga
- Accounting or Finance related degree preferred
- Must be able to work following UK timezone
