Educational Background:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration;
Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer, Accounts Receivable Clerk, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems;
Experience in managing high-volume transactions.;
With Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel .
Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to accounts receivable and collections.
Understanding of the credit management process and ability to assess creditworthiness.- Knowledge of general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Updating of Accounts receivables;
- Follow ups of payment and reconcile;
- Sending of Statement of Accounts to clients;
- Monthly sales book report;
- Encoding of Sales Relief and EWT in BIR system;
- Preparing of TELEX form for Foreign Suppliers and do monitoring;
- Filing of SSS, PHILHEALTH and PAG-IBIG contribution and loans;
- Consolidate pink invoices for book binding;
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
