Post daily deposits and initiate collections on past-due accounts
Communicate with suppliers/vendors- Reconciliations of statement of account
Generate invoices, bills, account statement and bank deposit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prepare and send monthly Statement of Accounts- Have the ability and a proactive attitude to work well under pressure
Possess a sense of urgency and commitment to assigned deadlines
- Closely monitor AR Aging and coordinate collection of accounts.
Handle customers queries on AR and resolve outstanding AR issues/invoices- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Accounts Receivable with 2-3 years experienced and more- Has experience in accounting related task primarily under Account Receivable
Has knowledge in one or several accounting tools or software (Quickbooks, Oracle, Xero, SAP or other)
- Has experience and knowledgeable in processing Accounts Receivable
Daily data entry of transactions and compilation of documents- Can Contribute on improving the AR process, including processing of correct and accurate invoices and credit memo
Fluent in English, both oral and written
