AsAccounts Receivable, you'll manage customer invoicing, reconcile payments, and monitor account statuses. From sending regular statements to ensuring timely collections, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the company's financial health. Collaboration with internal teams will help you resolve any discrepancies and ensure smooth debt recovery processes.

Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri, 7 AM - 4 PM)

Work setup: Onsite (Clark City, Pampanga)

Balancing the Books with Precision

• Process customer invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
  
• Record and monitor customer payment statuses accurately.
  
• Email regular statements to customers.
  
• Follow up on overdue accounts and manage debt recovery processes.
  
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and account statements.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely collection of receivables.
  
• Maintain accurate records in financial systems and contribute to process improvements.
  
• Handle credit application form processes.
  
• Review and update credit limits and payment terms with the manager if customer circumstances change.
  
• Issue credit notes to customers upon receiving approved documentation.
  
• Enter customer information into SAP after confirming price groups, credit limits, etc.
  
• Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable reports.
  
• Compile sales reports.
  
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by the manager.
