Job Description

Accounts Payable Supervisor

:

  • Manages the account payable team and oversee the timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable transaction.

  • Ensure that vendors invoices and payments are processed efficiently (on time) and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

  • Supervise and mentor accounts payable staff, including assigning tasks, conducts performance reviews.

  • Prepare and review reports on accounts payable metrics, aging reports and other financial statements.

  • Collaborate with other department such as procurement and finance to resolve payment issues and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Assists with month end and year end activities, audits and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Financial Management graduate

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role, with at least 3-5 years experience in supervisory capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.

  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Willing to work in Makati City
