ABOUT THE ROLE:The Accounting Staff will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department in various tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and recording all incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payments, and maintaining proper documentation. You will collaborate with vendors, internal departments, and other stakeholders to resolve any payment discrepancies and ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will assist in month-end closing activities and provide support for audits. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the field of accounting.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but newly graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.- A high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
Prior experience or internships in accounting or finance is a plus, but not required.
