The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Processing invoices and expense claims.
- Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.
- Performing vendor and bank reconciliations.
- Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 2 years experience within a Accounts Payable / AP role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry, Aviation, Defense & Aerospace and the Financial Services Industry industry.
- You have working knowledge of ERP Systems and Microsoft Excel
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
