Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Company Industry: Shared Services
Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00AM-6:00PM)
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000
Work Set Up: Onsite for the first 3 Months then Hybrid after.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
With at least 4 years work experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
Willing to attend face-to-face interview if requested.
Willing to start immediately.
Amendable to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for vendors invoices and employees expense reports.
Manage prompt application of Credit Notes and Prepayments/Advances.
Responsible for monthly accrual and journal entries based on unprocessed invoices and reconciles intercompany transactions.
Responsible for daily payment concerns of Bus.
Handles Oracle modules during month end.
Other related duties may be assigned by Finance Manager.
