Your Role:
Academy Locksmith is a national manage service provider of Locksmith and Door installation services with clients that include Walmart, Ross Stores, Google, etc. A large volume of the daily vendor invoices to 3rd party technicians are entered by the AR team when they bill customers. However, the AP position oversees overall AP monitoring. List of duties include, but are not restricted to:
- Reconcile POs vs inventory payables
- Release invoices for payment for the Director of Finance, per AR terms
- Resolve unpaid balances, open issues with vendors
- Setup new vendors in Acctg system
- Reconcile and Monitor W-9 compliance for vendors
- Submit 1099s for annual reporting
- Reconcile deposits provided to vendors for Long Term work orders
- Submit data on weekly activity (total invoices processed/paid), Avg days paid outside of terms, etc.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of AP experience
- Experience with 3-way matching.
- Vendor communication experience on open balance resolutions, remit information, vendor setup, 1099s, W-9 compliance
- Amenable to work night shift in Eastwood
