Your Role:

Process high volume invoices in a fast-paced environment using 3-way matching by comparing the (Purchase Order) to what
was delivered(receipt) and the Supplier's invoice and non-P.O invoices in the correct expense account and location
Process weekly check-runs including vendor portals and apply payments in the Accounting System (MS Dynamics)
Respond to vendor and internal inquiries promptly (both written and verbal)
Process credit memos timely and accurately and address any discrepancies with vendors
Reconcile vendor statements, research, and resolve any discrepancies in billings and payments.
Process Credit Card expenses weekly, accurately, and efficiently
Setting up new vendors in the AP module and maintain vendor files to make sure information is complete and accurate,
including obtaining W-9 for 1099 reporting.
Attach invoices and journal entry support in the accounting system for adherence to the company's internal control
Ensure all working files are saved in SharePoint in the appropriate folders.
Reconcile AP aging to the AP subledger at month end

What You Need:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year university or college with a minimum of 2 years demonstrated success in accounts payable and/or accounting or High School Diploma or equivalency of training and experience.
High volume Accounts Payable experience required.
Accounting system software experience (Microsoft Dynamics) preferred, but not required.
Proficient in MS Office especially Advance excel- VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, editing data using the Trim, Left, Right & Mid Functions, and summarizing large sets of data for reports.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
