Job Description

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage high-volume creditor invoices, ensure data accuracy, and facilitate reconciliations. Your role includes handling data entry for freight notes, maintaining meticulous records, and meeting turnaround targets-all while ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Process large volumes of creditor invoices accurately.
  
• Perform reconciliations and distribute electronic reports.
  
• Handle email bookings and ensure timely data encoding for freight notes, dockets, and con-notes.
  
• Verify and validate data according to client specifications and management directives.
  
• Maintain accuracy and completeness while meeting deadlines.
  
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• A bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of college, preferably in Accounting or Financial Management.
  
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  
• Familiarity with accounting terms and practices.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong organizational skills, including handling a heavy volume of emails.
  
• Proficiency in database navigation (ERP/CRM systems is a plus).
  
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
