Accounts Payable Front Office Specialist

We are currently looking for A-Talents to join our team as Accounts Payable Front Office Specialist to be based in Laguna/Taguig. If you are considering this job opportunity, this position is responsible for handling complaints and inquiries from suppliers and employees. Ensure providing timely resolution of invoices with issues/disputes in conformity with the established standards, policies and procedure of the company. Ensure preparation, maintenance and analysis of payable transaction reports for monitoring, controlling and management reporting. Responsible for generating a report of unrecognized expenses for management reporting purposes

We are looking for A-talents with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree inAccountancy or equivalent course
• At least 3 years work experience in Accounting or 2 years in Accounts Payable
• Project Experience: At least 1 year or has lead 1-2 projects
• Proficient in MS Application (Excel, Power Point, Word) and accounting system (Oracle)
