Client Profile: This company founded in 1972. This organization is one of the largest and best distributors of eyeglass lenses, both in the Philippines and abroad.
Position: Accounts Payable
Company Industry: Shared Services
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Salary Offer: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Work Set Up: Onsite for the first 3 Months | Hybrid setup (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or any related field.
At least 4 years accounts payable or general accounting-related work experience
Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle preferred)
Amendable to attend interviews.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the resolution of invoice and expense report issues and problems
Responsible to minimize the number of invoices not validated/not accounted in the system
Monitors purchasing accruals
Reconciles supplier statements
Responsible to close Oracle modules during month end
