• Job Summary:

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about financial accuracy We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the disbursement of checks, the processing of bills and payments, and the safekeeping of all transaction forms and receipts. You will also create and manage monthly and weekly budgets, ensuring that expenses are monitored and controlled effectively.

• Job Responsibilities:

Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and financial systems

• Maintain accurate records of payment transactions and ensure timely and accurate processing of payments

Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process

• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting

• Qualifications:

Graduate of BS in Business Management or BS in Financial Management or related field

• With at least 1 year of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Understand the basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

• Detailed Oriented

Experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable

• Experience with accounting software and online platforms

Spreadsheet formula proficient
