Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in the same field
• Willing to work on-site

What You Will Do:

• Process supplier payables while regularly ensuring accuracy and validity of payment requests and details.
• Prepare weekly AP aging report and ensure aging accounts are minimized/eliminated.
• Prepare weekly payments and collections summary report.
• Archive vendor payment and collections files.
