The Accounts Payable Analyst will provide assistance to the Finance Manager by performing a range of accounting duties and will be working with a team of finance professionals in multiple locations. The ideal candidate must be a team player, have strong attention to details, excellent organizational and communication skills
Invoice Review: Oversee departmental invoice reviews, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained and compliance control requirements are met, and manage the internal payment request submission tool.
- Bill Encoding and Accruals: Perform bill encoding in NetSuite, manage month end closing accruals, and conduct bank reconciliations.
Payment Management:
Manage over-the-counter utility payments and process weekly check releases to vendors.Petty Cash Management:
Assist in the preparation of monthly fund requests and act as the primary custodian of petty cash.Cash and other Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of cash and balance sheet accounts for financial accuracy.
- Auditing: Conduct physical inventory counts assist in auditing office supplies replenishment requests from departments, and any other ad hoc audit tasks when needed

- What you'll need to succeed
Diploma or degree holder in Finance or Accounting from accredited institution- Preferably with NetSuite experience or similar accounting system
Preferably 2-3 years experience in the same field
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English
Proficiency in Google sheet (or equivalent), for data analysis and presentations- A team player, ability to build good relationships
Demonstrated ability for critical thinking with a solution mindset
- Self-driven with strong attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skill
