Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments for suppliers and supports all business units.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Facilitates payment of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities, and issues stop-payment orders as needed.
- Performs payment activities in support of business obligations
- Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5-years of professional financial experience
- US client experience is a must.
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.
- Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
