• About the Role

This role reports to the Finance Manager and works closely with the finance team, support service teams and operational managers, to provide effective and timely reporting and analysis to both internal and external stakeholders.

This is a diverse role in a fast-paced environment, where the successful candidate must have the ability to do the following tasks across multiple entities:

• Bank reconciliations across multiple entities (including credit and debit cards)

Support day-to-day accounting operations (including accounts payable and receivable, processing accounting entries, analysis and reconciliations)

• Support processing of tax and other compliance obligations (including, BAS/IAS returns, payroll tax and workers compensation)

Monitor and manage cash flow and supplier bill payments

• Assist with ad hoc tasks, reporting and projects as required including assisting to drive continuous process improvements.

• Required experience and skills:

2+ years experience working in similar role

• Relevant accounting qualifications, preferred

Great understanding of accounting concepts

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trusted business relationships

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver accurate outcomes efficiently

• Desirable experience

Experience working for an Australian business

• Experience in a similar role with a professional services company

Experience working with multiple stakeholders such as commercial teams, operation teams and senior management across different geographical locations

• Xero, NetSuite and Workbench software experience

Pay: Php40,

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Accounts Officer or similar: 2 years (Preferred)

Australian business: 1 year (Preferred)
* Zero, Netsuite and Workbench: 1 year (Preferred)
