Job Description

JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Discusses the proper handling of accounts or loan account agreement to all clients. Responds to customer inquires in a timely question.

  • Reviews customer files for accuracy and identification of irregularities. Discusses with the client the status of account such as the amount to be paid to update the account or other remedies to help out the client in managing his account.

  • Receives payment from clients and other branches and issue official receipt at the same time.

  • Handles the safekeeping of post dated checks issued by the clients and deposit with due.

  • Monitor cash advances and sees to the timely liquidation of the same.

  • Prepares statement of accounts when required by clients. Facilitates payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

  • Prepares demand letters for unsettled accounts and other documents needed for filling of petition for EJF and endorsement to legal counsel.

  • Responsible for the housekeeping of client's returned check, bank notes and original copies of Provisional receipts.

  • Evaluates accounts that are qualified for restructuring.

  • Submit comprehensive reports on time.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must posses a Bachelor's degree in business studies/administration management, commerce, economics, finance/accountancy banking or related field. Must posses strong system skills. solid analytical, negotiating skills, and knowledge of commercial credit and collection laws.

  • Atleast 2 years of work related experience in a similar role.

  • Proficient in the use of basic applications like MS word, excel and powerpoint including email access.

  • Excellent customer experience and problem solving skills.

  • Effective english communication skills both oral and written. Can speak the local dialect and or Filipino

  • Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.

  • Knowledge and skill of modern office practices, procedures, equipments and standard clerical techniques.

  • Ability to meet department metric, sales targets, and production goals.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

    Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
