DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Meets with clients in the field in order to initiate and execute the sales process.
Achieves group sales quota as agreed upon with the Management Committee.- Attends and facilitates the requirements for bidding.
Builds business relationships with consultants, designers, architects, contractors and engineers.
- Develops relationships with customers, owner's representatives that call higher levels of negotiations.
Coordinates with the Project Coordinator.- Schedules & arranges meetings and appointments with clients.
Assists, checks and consolidates the commercial and technical sales proposal.
Graduate of any business or engineering course (with sales experience).
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Record management
Technical and product knowledge- Fluent in English and Filipino, both written and oral.
