Main Responsibilities:- Ensures that all of the stakeholders needs are met through constant coordination.
Builds and strengthens our relationship with our clients.- Participates in pitching to new clients.
Ensures that the pre-production is complete and the livestream broadcast goes smoothly.
- Makes sure that the targets of the project are achieved.
Reviews, analyzes data to find trends and predict next move.- Prepares reports for the team and for the client.
Reports concerns, such as customer service issues and other insights raised during before, during, and after the livestream.
- Monitors the livestream and other related factors, such as stocks, equipment, studio, and assets.
Brainstorms, conceptualizes ideas with the client and team to meet the briefs.- Writes script for the livestream.
Routes documents for approval of clients or management.
- Provides behind the camera support during the livestream, including but not limited to, operating the OBS, cheering to keep a positive vibe during the livestream, ensuring that all of the assets are correct, reporting if there are any issues encountered during the livestream.
Completes other tasks that may be assigned
Proficient in both oral and written English (and local language if applicable), with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients.- Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably with experience in B2B or client-facing environments. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Pleasing personality, confident, friendly and approachable.
Must be able to work and learn in a fast-paced setting- Willing to work in shifting schedule and weekends if needed
Must be willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa
