Accounting Technology Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting Technology Specialist to join our team.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for automating accounting processes, managing financial data, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain accounting software and systems to automate bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Collect, store, and analyze financial data to support decision-making processes using databases and other tools.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards ang regulations.
Design and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
Ensure integration of accounting systems with other business systems such as inventory management, CRM, and ERP systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology, Accountancy, Finance, or other fields.
Proven experience in accounting technology, accounting information systems, or other related roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Excelleny analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and training skills.
