QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven experience at least 1 year in accounting or finance roles, with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence decision-making.- Prior experience in supervising or managing a team is preferred.
