Training and Marketing Professionals Inc. is in need of ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (DIRECT HIRE)

• SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

_Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy_

• _CPA is a plus_ but not required

_At least 2 years of work experience in the same field_

• Able to handle a team

With basic knowledge in BIR rulings in VAT, Withholding taxes, reconciliation of BIR reports vs. financial statements

• With knowledge in preparation of financial reports such as Profit and Loss, Bank reconciliation, Depreciation, and any other reports required by the Finance Manager

With experience in accounting system (knowledge in Great Plains/GP dynamics is a plus)

Willing to work in Mandaluyong_

• JOB SUMMARY - SCOPE OF WORK:

Oversee the team and ensure to accomplish all needed tasks

• Review the works done by the team

Ensure that all transactions are properly and timely recorded in the accounting system (Audit the accounting records)

• Work closely with the Finance Manager

Prepare financial reports such as Profit and Loss,

• Bank reconciliation, Depreciation, and any other reports required by the Finance Manager

Handle other reports requested by the Finance Manager
