Accounting Supervisor: Taxation and Compliance - Ensures that the organization adheres to all relevant tax laws and regulations. He/she will be responsible for overseeing tax mapping and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our tax-related activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
TAX MAPPING:
-Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's tax obligations across various jurisdictions.
-Analyze tax regulations and updates to ensure compliance and identify potential opportunities for tax optimization.
BUDGETING:
-Work closely with finance teams to integrate tax considerations into the budgeting process.
-Develop tax budgeting models and forecasts to assist in financial planning and decision-making.
-Monitor actual tax expenditures against budgeted amounts and provide insights to management on variances and potential impacts.
COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT:
-Ensure compliances with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
-Stay up-to-date on changes in tax legislation and assess their implications for the organization.
-Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during tax audits and inquiries.
TEAM LEADERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT:
-Lead a team of tax professionals responsible for tax mapping, budgeting, and compliance activities.
-Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING AND EDUCATION
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in tax accounting, compliance, or related fields, with a focus on tax mapping and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and principles, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and propose practical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead a team effectively.

Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types: - 13th month salary
