Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. This role is responsible for overseeing various accounting functions, including cost analysis, project analysis, bank reconciliation, and more. Responsibilities

-Conduct comprehensive cost analysis to identify and report on cost-saving opportunities and financial efficiencies.

-Evaluate and analyze financial data related to specific projects, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

-Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of bank statements and company records.

-Calculate and verify sales commissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

-Oversee inventory audits and conduct in-depth analysis to ensure proper valuation and accuracy.

-Reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, asset, revenue, sales, and inventory accounts, ensuring alignment with assigned work areas.

-Check and verify billing summaries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all invoices are properly accounted for.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

-Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

-Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
