Basic FunctionTo assist in maintaining company's book of accounts to ensure its accuracy, correctness and completeness that will aid the management in formulating sound decisions by using the record in making management tools such as reports and analysis.
- Basic Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares bank reconciliation to establish the correct balances of bank accounts by analyzing the company records vs. bank records.
- Record reconciling items arising from bank reconciliations with pertinent documents and information to support entries.
- Prepares Journal Entries for reconciling items in bank recon and Journal entries for Advances affiliates and In-house allowance.
- Monitors, checks, and records outright and override incentives.
- Monitors, checks, and processes of Credit Memos of Manager's Checks.
- Responsible in monthly sales recognition based on generally accepted accounting principle. Identify whether a sale is qualified as regular or installment sale.
- Prepares Journal Entries for Realized Income from Interest and Penalty from Sales and Journal Entries for various Other Income.
- Checking of Sales Operating Budget (SOB) liquidation.
- Prepares monthly Memo's for employees with unliquidated cash advances.
- Monthly reconciliation of trial balance accounts to adjust to correct amount in support to preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Prepares request for payment of and tagging of paid Real Property Tax (RPT)
- Filings of journal vouchers and ensure completeness of documents.
- Basic Qualifications
Accounting Graduate or any related course
At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred
Computer Literate: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP, other accounting Software
