Duties and Responsibilities:- Supervise the timely preparation of Financial Statements ensuring adherence to schedules.
Coordinate with subsidiaries, and verify the completeness of financial data.- Validate financial close entries before posting, ensuring that all journal entries, including those representing accruals, adjustments, amortizations, reclassifications, and manual recordings in the books of accounts, are accurate, supported, and documented.
Coordinate and assist departments in the preparation of the annual corporate budget.
- Oversee Corporate Asset Management.
Prepare compliance requirements for various government agencies.- Attend to internal and external auditors during audits.
Assist in the drafting of Accounting policies and procedures; suggest process improvements.
- Evaluate the performance and competencies of direct reports, and support their development.
Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 3 years work experience in the related field- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
