Job Objective
Provides accounting services and manages the finances of a company including recording accounts, paying bills, billing clients and customers, tracking assets and expenditures, and keeping track of critical tax documents.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Compliance with Company rules, regulations, and policies such as Management, Quality, and Environmental Policies.
- Observe and maintain 5s and safety guidelines inside and outside of the company premises.
- Responsible for the supervision of finance professionals
- Preparation of a monthly Financial Statement report to the Japan head office
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing monthly financial reports or statement
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting method
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting section
- Monthly Sales Summary
- Aging of Accounts Receivable
- Reconciliation of all aging accounts receivable into the customer
- Checking Petty Cash Reports every week
- Checking all the customer's balances in the system
- Accounts payable monitoring and aging
- Bank reconciliation
- Fund Monitoring
- Payroll Processing
- Fixed Asset Monitoring
- Checking payroll every 10th and 25th of the month
- Monitor the monthly budget of the company
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Monitors all government payments (BIR, SSS, PHIC, HDMF)
- Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedure
- Monitors all the transactions in costing
- Preparing PEZA requirements (EZMPR, Annual FS Report, TIMTA)
- Perform another task that is job-related and will be assigned from time to time by the immediate Manager.

Lives in Laguna Area (Sta. Rosa, Binan, Carmona, Calamba, etc.).
Work experience in the manufacturing industry(Must)
4-5 years or more of accounting experience
