Responsible in the preparation of Monthly Reports pertaining to Inventory, Budget template, Material usage, Summary of Inventory Issues and Inventory Variance, Inventory Summary by Warehouse, Posted Tag Listing and Inventory List for Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) .- Responsible in the operation of SAP System for Inventory monitoring.
Responsible in maintaining the Standard Cost System for all products.
- Responsible in providing assistance to the external auditors for the mid-year Inventory count.
Prepares data on Importation-Direct Materials and Petty Cash liquidation for Peza Annual Tax Incentive Report.- Assists Accounting Asst. Manager/Manager with other management reports, as requested.
Assists in preparation of reports for PEZA, BIR
- In charge in the Petty Cash fund administration.
Job Qualification:
- College Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent
Preferably with three (3) to five (5) years related experience in Cost Accounting.- Must be detailed oriented, trustworthy, highly organized and can demonstrate sensitivity in handling confidential information.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Computer literate, have an understanding of spreadsheet applications and be able to multitask.
