Accounting Supervisor, CPA | Biñan, Laguna

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and financial transactions following company accounting standards.
• Prepare intercompany account reconciliations, cost analyses, and verifications.
• Timely preparation, analysis, and submission of financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, including the BIR.
• Assist the Finance Manager in the annual budget process, including preparing budget reports and submitting them to the Head Office.
• Create periodic reports comparing actual performance against budgets and previous years, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support process improvements or decision-making.
• Coordinate with auditors during annual audits and assist in preparing audit schedules.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as directed by management.
• Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, adjustments, and accruals.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Professional License and be a Certified Public Accountant.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Accounting and Finance, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Must reside in Laguna or be willing to relocate to Bian, Laguna.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup or related field is required.
• Strong background in processing SSS Maternity, SSS Sickness, and ECC benefits is an advantage.
• Proficient in Accounting Software (Microsoft D365/SAP, HFM is a plus).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; a team player.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
