Oversee and manage monthly financial statement close process including preparation and communication of calendars, close progression and acting as the primary point person for related inquiries.- Review Accounts Payable Vouchers and attest to the correctness of information including, but not limited to, name of payee, due dates, accounting entries, amounts and withholding tax rates used.
Review of accounting entries for corporate transactions, account reconciliations and fluctuation analysis.
- Review monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports including withholding tax returns, VAT returns and income tax returns.
Maintain integrity of individual financial statement account balances in connection with Management & SEC reporting reviews.- Prepare financial statements and statutory reporting packages supported by discussions and analyses on significant variances to assist management in making sound business decisions.
Coordinate and review group and corporate intercompany eliminations and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with group corporate structure and alignment of the Group's policies and procedures.
- Record and manage disposition of top-side entries.
Participate as a key stakeholder in all ERP-related activities such as changes to the group chart of accounts, sets of books, entity reporting hierarchies, user access (security), consolidation mappings and other processes/controls.- Play a key role in group financial and accounting process/policy improvements.
Establish continuous monitoring controls, process/policy documentation and group checklists.
- Coordinate external audits and examinations by regulatory bodies.
Respond to auditor inquiries, manage audit schedules, and ensure audit readiness.- Special projects, as required.
Prepare budgeting reports and revenue forecast
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
