JOB SUMMARYThe Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supervising the implementation of accurate, complete and timely financial statements used for the evaluation of the company's operations and for management decision making process.
- Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of financial package on or before the 3rd of the
following month and ensures that relevant and reliable information are provided to top management. Such reports include but are not limited to the following:
a. Financial Statement Highlights
b. Balance Sheet
c. Income Statement
d. Statement of Cash Flow
e. Profit Contribution Analysis
f. Departmental Expenses
g. Gross Profit Analysis
- Supervises, reviews and analyzes reports and account schedules submitted by staff to ensure validity and correctness of journal entries.
- Responsible for the product costing and variance analysis and ensures timely submission of all monthly manufacturing reports.
- Responsible for the collection of receivables within due dates, issuance of sales invoices and counter receipts within the turn-around-time.
- Responsible for providing the monthly supporting schedules of Interim Financial Statements and special reports as required by top management to serve as bases for decision-making and assures that said reports are consistently meeting strict deadlines.
- Implements validity and completeness of Accounts Payable Voucher, Journal Voucher, Credit Memos, Debit Memos and attached pertinent documents and ensures that it complies within the specified period required.
- Effectively assists immediate superior in the evaluation and implementation of accounting systems and procedures to ensure compliance to generally accepted accounting and audit procedures.
- Implements submission of accurate and timely reports to government agencies as a compliance with their statutory requirements, to wit:
a. Quarterly Income Tax
b. Real Property Tax
c. Business Permits
d. Registrations
e. Value Added Tax
f. Withholding Tax
- Effectively assists in handling BIR assessments, internal and external audit and others.
- Oversees and supervises the activities of Accounting staffs to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of their given tasks and for the attainment of the departmental as well as the corporate objectives.
- Motivates and inspires self-confidence of subordinates, coaches them and counsels them in order to build teamwork and establish rapport towards positive result.
- Instil discipline among subordinates and gives disciplinary actions to those who violates the company rules and regulations.
- Effectively trains and develops subordinates to enhance their competencies to full potential for short term to medium and long term operations of the company.
- Must be flexible to be assigned in other Aspect of Accounting
- Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time by the Finance and Administration Manager.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
