Minimum Qualifications- Graduate of BS Accounting Technology/ Accountancy
Knowledgeable with MS Office applications particularly MS Excel- Accounting related experience is preferred but not a requirement
- In charge of verification of the existence of assets recorded in the books and conduct asset inventory count
Assist/guide process owners/ end user on the preparation of documents- Responsible for the correct description and specification of the assets in the Asset Management module.
Ensure that asset requisitions are properly recognized in the books
- Process depreciation run for the period.
In-charge of asset retirement transactions- Assist in the conduct of asset inventory count
