I. Job Summary The Tax Compliance and Administration Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all tax laws and regulations. Maintains records for all tax-related activities and transactions.
- II. Duties & Responsibilities
Determines the net amount that must be paid to the suppliers by computing withholding taxes, and all price extensions depending on the kind and nature of transaction.- Identifies and categorizes business expenditures, invoices, payments, and other relevant transactions into the company system;
Compares and verifies the completeness and accuracy of the data from variety sources;
- Upholds appropriate filing and record-keeping procedures;
Performs research and become well-versed in tax rules and regulations.
- Prepare and submit quarterly and annual tax reports.
Participates and leads in IRS and state tax authority audits.- Managers several tasks and obligations pertaining to taxes concurrently.
Ensures that all corporate tax returns, including value-added tax, withholding tax, final tax, and other tax returns that may emerge during business operations, are filed and paid on time.
- C. Reports to Management and other Stakeholders and other Documentation Control requirements
Generate and prepare monthly reports to be submitted to Executive committee -CFO & CEO for monthly Meeting to evaluate fulfillment targets.
- Explain tax status and strategies to the CEO and CFO in an effective manner.
Creates and maintains processed transactions to a spreadsheet for future reference;- Prepare Ad hoc Reports advice by CFO & CEO
Ensure completeness of 2307/2306 form and submit to Accounting
Shall perform other duties related to the function from time to time.
- Willing to be assigned in Vista Hub Mall, Pamplona Dos, Las Pinas City
